Your office space needs to be a breeding ground of creativity. Different people find inspiration from a variety of places and as a business you need to help people in the office be inspired. Consider posters and motivational quotes on the walls and regular company wide transparent updates from the bosses. You could even have external speakers come in to talk to your employees. Company retreats, business get togethers, annual events. These kind of things boost moral and unite teams.
Creating a new office is an exciting time. Stick to your budget but put together an office space that allows work to happen, visitors to feel welcome and your staff members to be happy.
